Finca Los Helechos is a large finca located in the surroundings of Alhaurín el Grande and has capacity for 8 people.
The plot is fully fenced and has a private pool, air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, covered parking space for two cars and internet access.
This house has a spacious living room with television and a fireplace that can be used by clients.
The farm has 4 bedrooms. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) that have air conditioning. Through one of the bedrooms you can go to a terrace to enjoy the beautiful views of the Alhaurin el Grande valley and the garden. Downstairs there is one more bedroom with a double bed, also with air conditioning.
There is a full bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer and a second bathroom with shower.
The large independent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and even a dishwasher. A washing machine and an iron are also available.
The outdoor area of Finca Los Helechos is spacious, private (completely fenced) and offers different possibilities to sit and eat and for children to play. The pretty garden has different plants and flowers, and also has a basketball hoop for children. At the entrance of the farm there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue and a dining table.
The pool with sun loungers is private and can be used by clients all year round. There is also a toilet outside.
There is room to park two cars in covered parking and two more cars outdoors.
