Located on a 1000 m2 plot, at the foot of the north face of the Sierra de Mijas, in one of the best residential areas in the area.
On the ground floor there is an exceptional games room for children.
The house is exquisitely decorated and exceptionally equipped, having, for example, 6 TV sets and authentic luxury finishes, and fiber optics (series, movies, documentaries, etc). It has satellite television, receives channels in several languages (English, French, German, Arabic, Portuguese, etc.).
Air conditioning in the three bedrooms downstairs, in the bedroom with the double bed and in the one with two single beds and in the living room upstairs. The fourth bedroom with the trundle bed has a fan (same as the attic).
In its wooded garden it has a large number of children's games and a large fenced pool (10 x 5 meters) for the safety of the little ones. The terrace has loungers, sofas, chairs and tables to enjoy a wonderful barbecue and the outdoors with the family.
