Located in the Arenas de Marbella urbanization, this wonderful ground floor apartment with direct access to the paths that lead (within the urbanization) to the pool, beaches and gardens, is ideal for resting, having a holiday near the sea and not be incommunicado for it. Road access to all points of interest on the Costa del Sol are fast and accessible. You will also not have problems parking your vehicle because the accommodation offers parking included in the rate.
The accommodation community offers two swimming pools, well-kept gardens and natural beach settings typical of this area of Marbella. Its location, mentioned above, will make you not miss having to visit any point on the Costa del Sol, placing Marbella just fifteen minutes away by car. With the option of being able to get on the intercity buses that pass through the Mediterranean highway.
From the elderly with reduced mobility to children will have easy access to the accommodation, either through the main portal or through the outdoor terrace, towards the community gardens, where you can enjoy beautiful moments of tranquility or family lunches.
