Description
Spectacular apartment on the beachfront, with frontal views of the sea and a large terrace.
The apartment has a double bedroom, and a second double bedroom, a complete bathroom, American kitchen, living room - dining room, porch and 60 m2 terrace by the sea.
The house is delivered fully equipped: complete kitchenware, sheets, towels, beach towels, cutlery, crockery, etc. etc
The complex has a wonderful, carefully maintained garden next to the beach, which can be accessed directly from the complex.
It also has a huge and wonderful pool on the edge of the beach, tennis court and paddle tennis court.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and we have complete kitchenware.
Of course, we also have a cot and high chair for the little ones.
The vitroceramic kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The accommodation has a parking space that is not numbered. It is subject to random availability that depends on the good work of the rest of the members of the community. In theory there should be one car park per apartment, but some users may introduce more than one vehicle. This inappropriate act of some users means that at times, especially in high season, there is no free space. Both the agency and the owner are oblivious to this misuse and cannot be held responsible or compensated in the event that parking is not available.
