Magnificent apartment with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is newly furnished in its entirety (April 2017).
It consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room, kitchen, large laundry room, and terrace overlooking the highway.
The complex has exceptional gardens, with a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, tennis court, all in a private and closed area on the second line of the beach.
A few meters away there are all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc, etc.
The beach where it is located has fine sand and crystal clear waters.
We inform you that the parking space that is announced together with the apartment rate is not numbered and subject to random availability that depends on the good work of the rest of the members of the community. In theory, there should be one parking space per apartment, but some users may introduce more than one vehicle. This inappropriate act of some users means that at times, especially in high season, there is no free space available. Both the agency and the owner are oblivious to this misuse and cannot be held responsible or compensated in the event that parking is not available.
