Welcome to Cubo's Apartamento Torreoceano, located in an exclusive urbanization with private access to the beach just 50 meters away. Its large community pool will allow you to sunbathe and cool off if you do not want to go to the beach. In the event that you travel with children you can rest easy, it also has a children's pool where children can have fun in complete safety. Its communal gardens will allow you to take a short walk around the grounds and its private access to the beach will put you on the beach in just two minutes.
The location of the accommodation is very exclusive, having less than a kilometer away all the necessary services for your day to day, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and all kinds of businesses will be within your reach.
Within the urbanization it has direct access to the beach through a path or tunnel that avoids having to go out onto the adjoining road and as we say it is exclusive to this area.
The accommodation, with a comfortable and organized distribution, distributes the rest areas in two rooms, one with a double bed and another room with two single beds. The rooms are bright and with space to store luggage.
You will not have problems with the bathroom, the accommodation has two complete toilets with shower trays.
You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped American kitchen, you will not resist any type of kitchen thanks to the great equipment it has. The dining room, linked to the kitchen, will allow you to enjoy those little moments with your family, read a book, or rest in the comfortable furniture that the accommodation offers. It stands out in this space its incredible terrace overlooking the garden, bright and fresh, it has a pleasant sunlight in the early hours of the morning, you can have breakfast in the early morning sun and enjoy a pleasant and cool rest in the afternoon.
Although the apartment has large windows and is cool without the need for air conditioning, on hot days you can use the air conditioning equipment available in the accommodation.
You can also enjoy the free WIFI connection.
