The exterior consists of a 2,600 square meter plot, partly agricultural and partly for holiday use, which includes terraces, a pool area and a garden area.
It has a swimming pool and a porch equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers, parasols and parking for several cars.
