Sunny house with good access and located just 4 kilometers from the center of Alhaurín el Grande.
At Casa María Los Javieles you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Spacious, comfortable and with a fantastic pool (fenced in the sun lounger area) in which the hours of the Sun are 100% used.
As soon as you arrive at the house you will see its facade made up of arches and a porch, before you will have a large space where you can park your vehicles safely.
The porch, with outdoor furniture, will allow you to have a coffee or tea or simply relax reading a book.
The entrance to the house is preceded by the main dining room. Equipped with Smart TV you can sit down to watch your series or movies thanks to the WIFI connection offered by the hosts of the accommodation.
The kitchen, spacious and equipped with everything you need, will allow you to have lunches, dinners or breakfasts to your liking. In addition, you can enjoy mountain views while cooking.
The stove is gas, and it also has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, household and kitchen utensils, coffee maker and dishwasher.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and all have exterior windows. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning heat pump.
One of the rooms has an interior bathroom and the other toilet is next to the living room.
