Set up with a very familiar character and with an unbeatable location, this rural house for five people provides everything you need so that you and your family can enjoy your ideal vacation.
Location: 8 minutes from a shopping center in Coín, 12-15 minutes from urban centers such as Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, and 3 minutes from the Cártama highway, which facilitates access to tourist places such as the Caminito del Rey or the beaches of Torremolinos and Marbella.
Exterior: It has a swimming pool, a shaded porch and furniture to enjoy outdoor activities such as barbecues and sunbathing. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
Interior: The living-dining room is spacious, bright and cozy, with a fireplace and air conditioning. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed, all with air conditioning. In addition, there is an indoor bathroom with a shower.
Access: Access is via a 500-metre unpaved road, but compact and safe.
Conditions: Accommodation subject to payment of a deposit prior to entry, the execution of the refund will be 48 hours after your departure and after reviewing the accommodation.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveller's stay, provided that these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

We loved the surroundings, the fruit trees, the horses and the short walk to the river. Besides that, the house is brand new with an excellent kitchen and a great pool. We would definitely come again with our dogs. Thanks for your hospitality and thesee more
