Located in one of the best urbanizations in Malaga, Villa Yedra Guadalmar offers you a comfortable, luxurious vacation, and of course, close to the beach. Its excellent location will allow you to be on the beach, at the airport or in the center of Malaga in less than 10 minutes.
With a fully fenced plot with high walls, your privacy will be assured. The exteriors of the villa with high quality hammocks and heated pool with jacuzzi will make you feel like a king. A barbecue space will allow you to prepare delicious barbecues without having to dirty the kitchen and thus enjoy the outdoors.
If you wish and do not want to be in the hammock, you can relax reading a book or having tea on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the pool. You will always have the little ones in the house under surveillance, whether they are lying in the hammock or outside.
The main entrance of the house has a large hall that will take you to the right to a luxurious living room with connection and view of the pool. The lounge with free WIFI will provide you with some family time that you will not forget. You can also enjoy a very pleasant evening thanks to the TV at your disposal.
The modern, spacious and bright kitchen has everything you need to make it easy to prepare any lunch and, if you are missing something, you have a shopping gallery just a five-minute walk away and the Plaza Mayor center with a Mercadona supermarket just ten minutes away. minutes by car.
There are five rooms, all furnished with taste and quality, where sleeping will be a pleasure. The villa is as per the photos. The pool is around 7 metres at its longest and 4 metres wide. It has a shallow end via steps and reaches around 1.75 metres at the deepest part. The BBQ is charcoal so you'll need to purchase this. Good wifi coverage asee more

The BBQ is charcoal so you'll need to purchase this. Good wifi coverage across the villa. The area is very peaceful and in a residential area. Walkable to the beach which is peaceful. Small bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Take away locations that will deliver via uber eats if necessary. Easy to use as a base. We had cars for ease, but bus routes nearby and taxis regularly seen in use. Total journey time from airport no more than 15 minutes. No other reviews appeared to have mentioned the airplanes -yes they are regular and you can hear them however this did not affect our use of the villa and the outside spaces.

We had requested to have the pool heated for the duration of our stay however there was an issue with a leak. On arrival I was told I only had to pay half of the heating amount, we would have to top up the water throughout our stay, but the pool heating would remain on. This however did not work out and by the end of our stay the pool was completely cold. This was extremely disappointing as we had kids in our group and the pool was what they loved the most. Other than that we had a fantastic stay, it was a pity about the pool as it was the only thing that was not perfect.

Very nice and big place. Airco in almost every room and nice interior. The kitchen got everything you need and the swimming pool is also very nice. Had a great time with my friends. Pro tip: rent a car if you stay here.

Amazing time. Beautiful villa with a lovely pool. Bus stop nearby for public transport into Malaga, also the villa is not far from a huge shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants and designer stores. It was pretty easy getting an uber wheneversee more

It was pretty easy getting an uber whenever we needed a taxi. Location also meant we were a short car ride away from Toromolinos. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq area was great. We also made use of the bikes provided, which was great. The customer service and information provided by the lovely lady that met us at the start of the holiday was great too. 👍

We stayed in this villa with a group of 8 people. It is very spacious with 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room. The outdoor area is very comfortable and spacious as well including a large pool.The villa is located outside the city center, close to the airport. However, there are many UberBolt taxis available which can take you to the center for about 12€. Beach and supermarket are on walking distance, but there are also two bikes available in the house.

The area is quiet and peaceful but there are not a lot of barsrestaurants nearby, however, both Malaga city centre and Torremolinos are only a quick taxi ride away and Ubers are available all the time. Enjoyed my stay.

The agency/owner were very kind and would also send us recommendations about the neighborhood and things to do/visit in Malaga.A few things to improve/suggestions:Wifi only works in certain areas of the house. For example, it doesn't work in the outdoor area and on the third floor. Dishwasher tablets were not provided. Only one set of keys is provided (we asked for an extra pair but it was not possible). When you have a group of 8/10 people trying to access the house at different times it can be a bit difficult to manage.There was also a construction site next to the house where they would start working and making noise (jack hammering etc.) from 7am-8am in the morning. That was not ideal if you are trying to relax and have some rest.Either way, the villa is beautiful and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay there. We highly recommend it and we would love to visit again!

The Villa was amazing! It was so clean. Location was good, short way to nearest bus stop. Pool was heated so the Kids enjoyed even though it was raining for two days. We Will definitely visit there again.

Das Haus ist einfach zu finden. Es ist rund 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Malaga entfernt. Der Strand ist ebenfalls leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sauber und hat sehr schöne Zimmer. Nach einer Woche war jedoch der Pool nicht mehr so sauber und ansprechend.

Super séjour à Malaga! Nous étions 9 amis et la maison était complètement adaptée. Très propre et bien rangé. Seul bémol pas d’activité dans le quartier, besoin de prendre la voiture pour faire les courses
