The beautiful entrance of the house is decorated with hand-painted tiles by the last artisans in Seville who still make this work of art. These handmade ceramics are repeated in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and outdoors.

In the hall there is a beautiful latticework and the stone motif in the corridor, original from the year the house was founded in 1882. There is access to a reception room with a fireplace and a staircase with a personalized tapestry from the famous factory “Royal Tapestry Factory of El Escorial” Madrid.

The kitchen has been designed by Clive Christian and is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, utensils, oven and microwave and dishwasher. With detailed hand-painted tiles that represent all the seasons of the year and all the senses.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a wooden plinth and a bathroom.

The main bedroom is located on the first floor of the building, it has a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area, and has a total capacity to comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The third bedroom, also located on the first floor, has two single beds joined to form a double bed, as well as a single bed, and an extra trundle bed, and therefore a total capacity to also accommodate 4 people.

The fourth and last bedroom, also located on the first floor, has two single beds joined to form a double bed, and capacity for 2 people.

All the bedrooms on the first floor have their own bathroom en suite, air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The house treasures large spaces for entertainment and relaxation with several televisions, a large basement with a pool table, a private hammam with spa and sauna, and a soundproof cinema.

The impressive interior patio is adorned with tiles made to replicate the railings of the Plaza de España in Seville. The spacious terrace offers several places to sit, dine and enjoy the sound of the fountain, which can also be used as a swimming pool.
