Incredible family Villa for 6 people where you can enjoy a large garden and newly renovated facilities that are unique in the area.
THE CHILL OUT AREA WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15. IN THE MEDIUM / LOW SEASON, OTHER OUTDOOR FURNITURE WILL BE ENABLED IN THE AREA.
Located in the Chicharas area (Alhaurin el Grande) Villa Esmeralda has the balance of country life without forgetting the city. Just 10 minutes from the city center and 25 minutes from Malaga and Malaga Airport.
The accommodation at its entrance has a parking area for two vehicles. The house on top and the fully fenced plot distributes its 1300 meters in small benches, which separate different areas of the garden. The little ones can enjoy the garden to play ball, since there is an area that has no trees and is completely flat.
A balcony/terrace runs through the house where you can rest and have a coffee or read a book with one of the best views of the Axarquía and Valle del Guadalhorce. Its comfortable garden furniture will allow you to have a pleasant rest surrounded by nature.
When the heat is hot, you can bathe in the pool (kidney-shaped) that the accommodation has. Equip with umbrellas and loungers you can enjoy the sun. Do not worry about the little ones because the entire perimeter of the pool is fenced and secured with gates.
The house at its entrance, has on the left the living room with fireplace that also has access to the balcony area that runs through the entire house.
The independent kitchen has everything you need in kitchenware and small appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
